Fabulous Thanksgiving and I thank G-d (unlike our president, ugh) for all the blessings we have had throughout the year.  Good health, good friends and good life is all you can ask for.  And if that's enough for you, it's enough for me.  And it is.

You can't fabricate the truth like this.  MN is actually giving in to demands from Muslims who feel they should be treated as Sharia Law would in their "old countries".  This is when you see the end of our democracy and country as you knew it.  Rome fell.  And this great experiment in democracy, America, is falling apart because we are too ignorant to continue what worked...Assimilation, letting immigrants in who want a free country and not to change what we have here, the right to work, a capitalistic driven private economy and a President who actually loves America and doesn't prevent our colors from being marched into the National Mall for Veterans day by our military who serve us so well.  They don't love America.  They prove it over and over.  This disadministration wants to bring us down.

Weight Wise

On my second week and down 8 pounds, of which some are water weight.  My trainer emails me every night and I submit my meals to him for his evaluation.  I call him Yoda.  We're happy so far.
I like the work out but cardio on the treadmill is boring.  Days I work out at home are the most fun.

Occupy movements are violent.
